Check for the basics first. Spark, fuel(which has been checked), and air/compression. Take the sparkplugs out and check the condition. Make sure the cylinders are holding compression because otherwise the truck would run badly. If there are any dash lights on, bring it to a shop and have them scan it for thrown codes. It could be something as simple as a line popping off.
