Is there a difference between the mk4 gti vr6 5 speed or 6 speed, besids the trans

In reference to the previous answer... GTI is not diesel. TDI is diesel. In response to the original question... the 5 speed was paired with the 12v VR6 engine, which has 174 hp and 181 ft-lbs. Whereas the 6 speed was paired with the 24v VR6 engine, which has 200 hp and 195 ft-lbs.
