Braking and gas peddle

My vehicle when pushing on the gas peddle feels hard to go. If I'm going as
soon as I lift off the gas it slows way down then to a stop. If I'm stopping using
the brake while  Im still rolling it will slow way down to a complete stop with
force. It won't roll to a stop it's as if I'm still applying pressure on the brake
peddle but I'm not.

sounds like you need calipers or brake hoses
