If radiator is full most likely radiator clogged with dirt and bugs causing little to almost no air flow across the coils clean coils with garden hose and nozzle to get back good air flow across the coils.
I can on drive about 5 miles and watch the temperature gag go but soon as I stop and let it run at idle it cools off.....why?
