Why won't my Buick crank?

My 2000 LeSabre will not crank
each and every time I try to start
it. I am more surprised when it
does start! However, this issue
will occur at random and at the
worst times. I'm beginning to think
that it is the ignition control
module, simply because of the
random occurrences. Can I get
some brain storms going and
possibly my old 3.8L engine?
Please help me!! I will GREATLY
appreciate any and ALL of the
assistance that I can get.

Did you figure out the problem cause my 2000 Buick doing the same, got new battery new starter and new alternator..any tips
