make sure there's power and ground at the fuel pump connection , is there a relay ?? is there spark ?

I think this may be a fuel pump, but I'd like to know other's thoughts too. My Chevy 1500 series '94 has lost acceleration. It won't go beyond 5 mph and had to be towed. It's not a fuel filter. What else could it be? How can I tell without taking it in? 3 Answers
