2007 Kia Sportage radio no sound

Hi I have a 2007 kia
Sportage as well and
I'm having the same
issue I just purchased
it less than 2 weeks
ago my radio comes
on but no sound all the
fuses are good I pulled
the battery for 5
minutes or so there is
no reset button on the
radio I really could use
some advice on fixing

On my 2017 EX there is a reset sound in the radio. Small button near volume that requires a small pen to depress. Try that.
