How can above problem be solved?? Looked for the cruise fuse, hoping maybe it had
burnt out. Checked inside fuse box, no luck locating cruise. Fuse, looked under hood.
Found that fuse box. No cruise fuse??? Is there one ?? Or is the fuse combined with
another.? Is even locating that fuse part of my engine light and cruise flashing light??
help would sure be a blessing?? And maybe sleep at night!!!! Bb

Had the same problem on my 2004 Forester XT. The condition happened after hard acceleration when the turbo kicked in. I just disconnected the battery for a brief moment and that fixed the problem. It never happened again. An easy fix eh? George from Toronto
That was not a "fix". All you did was erase the trouble code that caused the light to go on. Eventually it will probably warn of the same issue.
