Dragging noise and nothing's dragging

My car suddenly started making a dragging
scraping noise. But nothing is dragging.
Thought maybe it was the heat shield
because it has always had a rattle. It seems
ok i until I hit a bump or drive faster than 40
50 mph

Inspect your rear prop shaft for signs of something rubbing on it, it should be fairly obvious. One of your brake dust shields or a lower splash shield could be being forced around once the aerodynamics grab it so to speak
