Car not starting could it be fule pump fuse or relay?

08versa htchbk w/cvt brand new battery wont
start. Don't hear fuel pump kick on . no gas smell
and have been pressing has pedal til tank has oil
good. ?fuse or relay? Ran fine say over 12 hrs is
very cold here

Sorry has full tank of gas oil is fine I drove 2 nights ago ran few hours. Then it say all day til 10 pm in Mass it was very cold..
