Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I recently had my A/C done a few weeks ago and
my car has been running fine, today I got an oil
change and a few hours later the car started
blowing smoke from the coolant area and needle
was going all the way over to the H and my engine
coolant temperature light came on. What could be
the problem

What are the headers? And I let it cool down last night and I went back to it my coolant was empty so I refilled it and started it and have been driving it and it's been fine. Could that mean I have a leak
