2008 avalanche 5.3 overheati g

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

New thermostat, water pump, temp sensor, radiator, cooling
fans. Still running 220 degrees at idle. No signs of moisture
in oil or smoke from exhaust. If i sit in park and rev to 3000
rpm, it goes back down to normal 210 before very slowly
increasing to 220 again

Fans turn on as they should, both high and low speeds. Also replaced all 3 relays and fuses.
