Diagnostic test said misfire on 2,4,&6. Replaced spark plugs & wires. Then test said misfire on 6 so replaced coil packs. Still gives p0306 code, misfire on 6.

Have for vacuum leaks can't find any,
have put fuel cleaner with high
octane gas in it. Still when you give it
gas and then let up on it it stops
running. Need help please! What to

At least at this point it's isolated to cyl #6. Have you checked the injector? connections? I know you stated that you replaced a lot of the ignition system, but have you verified spark on #6?
Yes have done all, do you think it could have jumped time?
I would think there would be a lot more codes if it jumped time. Have you performed a compression test?
Since your misfire went away in 2,,4cyl. But stayed in 6,I'd recheck my plug ,could be a gap or dirt in between electrode
