09 mustang rides really rough and vibrates when driving

I just got my 09 mustang it has 11300 miles
on it from what I've looked over it's been
taken care of well but it rides really rough I
can feel every bump and it hits hard when I
run over rough patches I know my CV axels
need work and was thinking shocks or struts
but looking for good advice

Ok I'll check into that and see if I can get it sorted out on the springs it had me stumped cause it is really low on mileage and everything on it looks really good for it's age. And I'm not fir sure I've only had it a month got ot off a regal lot but it is really low to the grown I have to be careful pulling in country driveways a good 4 inch drop it'll hit and scrape my bottom frame

I recently purchased a WIP edition 2009 (V6 Susan G Komen) black convertible with 18,000 miles and ride is hard and rough. Every bump feels like body is bolted to chassis with no struts, it bangs hard when on rough roads with little pot holes or even over rough bumps like large gravel. It doesn't feel normal at all. I've had Trans Ams and other sports cars, but do drive a GMC Sierra quad cab now with a cushy ride. Maybe I am just not used to it. I do not want it lowered, so what do you experts recommend to soften the ride a bit... I am looking for more "bump absorption"? Thanks!
