2009 f150 running rough

My 2009 f150 running rough at times like I have some bad gas. I have tried fuel
additives and higher octane gas and still is running rough. I had fuel pump and
fuel drive module replaced about 4 years ago. The truck only has 67,000 miles.
What else can I replace?
