I have a 2010 bmw 528i. If I have to replace the cylinder head, is there an upgrade I can get to boost horse power?

I may have to replace the cylinder head due to damage that may have been
caused by low oil to the vanos system which made the oil seals on the cam
make grooves causing wrong oil pressure. Anyways if I have to replace the
heads, is there a high performance upgrade I can get? A better cylinder
head?and is the horse power gain vs cost worth it?

Port and polish. Possibly bigger valves and hotter cams. Not cheap!
