Sounds like a HVAC Blend Door Actuator under the dash may need replacing.

That's what I have seen do you know how many are In the car and the names of them are they all the same I figure if I am pulling the dash I should do all 3 and the blower motor while in in there

I thing all you have to do is just dismantle the bottom side of the dash, any covers to be removed so you can see. If there is temperature control for drivers side & passengers side, then there are more that one HVAC Blend Door Actuators. Problem is when I look up the actuators on two different sights, neither one list a HVAC Actuator. So I do not know what you will find. But one thing is the clicking sounds like it is from the blower motor squirrel cage hitting something when it is spinning. It is your call if you want to replace the blower motor, they are a little expensive. You may find all your problems right where the blower motor is, like a broken blend door when pulling out the blower motor.
