when does the light come on??..// with just normal driving or when your braking....the ABS system is a separate system from your base brakes...turning the rotors would have no effect on the ABS ...// it mostly likely is seeing a sensor drop out and then come back that's why the light does not stay on steady ...// you may have a bad tone wheel that at certain speed shows a open that is out of the normal parameters that its supposed to see thus making the system think there is something wrong and then at lower speeds goes back to the normal gap reading there for correcting its self ...// with a scan tool that can read ABS codes you should be able to pin point what wheel is giving you the issue

i have a 2009 sebring chrysler and my abs started to turn on now in the falll after i changed my brakes wasn’t the battery checked it and it was fine but it started killing it motor was clicking but i still think it could be a electric problem mechanic told me to put thicker oil than 5-20 so i put 10-30 and now it doesn’t turn on only when i jump start it before doing the oil change it would still work but once entering the freeway abs light would turn on ...now i can jumó start it but abs light would right away be on any help thanks!
