Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Soi left my dome light on and i needed to jump my car to
get to work, well me being dumb and in a hurry i connected
the positive to the negative and vise versa after relizing
what i did switched it back my car started, but there was no
pressure in the gas pedal i did some google searches and
found to check the fuses, one was blown so i chaged it and
my car started gas pedal worked but check engine lightwas
on. Well sister had me check the fuses under the dash i
pulled out the 2 AC ones because my heater/ ac wasnt
turning on and placed them back... My car wont turn on
now... Turn the key and nothing you can hear the fuel pump
kickin battery is good but car doesnt crank, radio doesnt
work ac doesnt work but all lights work and shifter is stuck
in drive. I found how to release it and start car in neural but
that didt work either.... Help!

Check the under hood fuse relay box for a 100 to 120 amp ALT. FUSE. This fuse may be BOLTED in place. You can easily check if it's good wilh a voltmeter or test light. Get back with results.

I attemped to get to that fuse but was unsuccessful but part # 82620-33030 looks to be fine but part # 82620-07050 seems like maybe it might have gone out i just dont know what it controls and for being a girl with no mechanical experience i dont wanna chance changing it or taking apart my whole fuse box to take it out to check it. I think i may have to cave and take it to a mechanic... Here are some photos of whats going on
