Temperature of outside weather conditions daily changing

On my speedometer panel I have a temperature reading for outside conditions
which changes as it gets hotter or cooler and is automatic but it seems mine is
stuck on 63 and I can't seem to find anything for it in manual?  Also no idea
where it is located in or on car??

It sounds like your ambient (outside) air temp sensor has failed. They are usually located on the front of the vehicle just inside the grill somewhere. It's about the size of half a ball point pen, with wires plugged into it. Easy fix.
