Jeep wrangler

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

A bolt went thru oil.filter while I was
stuck and I was unaware of it I
rocked the jeep back and forth 4
times and it quit it tried 2 start 3
times now nothing I got out 2 check
and that's when I saw oil every where
is there.a safety on it when no oil is in
it and that's your it won't even try

Tried to turn it won't move tried as hard as I dared without snapping off bolt

This is a claim for the insurance company due to the damage being caused by physical damage to the oil filter by an external physical object unrelated to the vehicle.
