Silverado engine shut off issue

I have a 2011 silverado  flex fuel. I go to turn off
ignition and only electrical inside truck shuts down
and engine stays running when brake pedal is
pressed. Without my foot on brake pedal. Truck
shuts off regular. It does shut down when I remove
foot from pedal...any answers please??

either its a new safety senor thing, or someone with good wiring circuit skills is playing a prank on you.
