2012 Ford Escape XLT Clicking sound when braking.

So, I have a 2012 Ford Escape XLT, and it makes a weird clicking sound when I
brake. It's only coming from the rear passenger side, but it is concerning me. It
kind of sounds like the wheel from the Price is Right slowing down. Anyone had
this kind of problem before?

Brake inspection time , The rear brakes don't do a lot of the work and wear down gradually .
