Have you gotten underneath and checked the area for loose, damaged, or bent suspension or brake components? The backing plate in the disk brakes can become bent and rub on the rotor or a brake pad came loose, or you may have some road debris lodged in against rotor, or a piece of rubber from the inner fender or air dam is caught against wheel, etc. - just too many possibilities to suggest without more info. If you don't see anything obvious jack that wheel up and spin it be hand and see if that helps pinpoint noise source.

Forgot to mention CV axles as another noise source, as u mention it changing depending on direction wheels are turned.

Probably have the Wheel Bearing Hub checked. It may need to be replaced.
