Only when I'm driving slow like under 20mph. Not when idling or driving faster. Sounds like it's in the front of the car but I can't tell which side. I change the oil a very 5k. Are there other things I need to do to it? It's got 122k.

it's a consistent clicking type noise that only happens at low speeds. Not speed dependent, meaning it doesn't change if i increase the speed. It's definitely in the front tho I'm not sure which side. I don't hear it when i'm idling.

I made a mistake before. It does make the sound at idle speeds. Now I wonder if it makes it at higher speeds too, but maybe I just can't hear it. Since it has no timing belt, does the chain ever need adjusting?

I have same issue with my Camry 2012 I took it to the Toyota shop they couldn’t figure out what is the issue. I replaced my tires my break pads router still hear the noise
