turn key and nothing happens except the lights come on . I can jump it and it will start the next couple times that I drive it and then it won;t start

Sounds like your battery is going bad or you have a connection issue at the battery. Might even have a parasitic draw on the battery causing it to go dead at times.

Load test the battery, clean connections to battery with wire brush or sandpaper, check the alternator it should give over 14 volts.

try to start and it does nothing no lights either when I take the key out it ticks continuously. what is the problem
