Sounds like you're not getting enough current from your alternator or your battery is very weak and the alternator needs to charge it up too much. Check your battery and then your alternator. Once your car is running, take the negative cable off of the battery (while the car is running) and if the car stays running, then your alternator is working fine. Put a battery charger on your battery (when the car is "off") and see if it shows that the battery needs charging. These are the simplest solutions and hopefully it's nothing worse than these simple fixes.
