1999 dodge durango

My durango wouldnt start, or turn over but the
lights all came on and the gauges light up. I
replaced the starter. And it worked. Today same
problem as before. Both times though i got it to
start by literary rocking it back and forth. Any idea
whats wrong?

sounds like low battery voltage. how old is the battery? if its 4 years old or older it should be replaced.
