2014 remanufactured cvt question

My 2014 Forester cvt was replaced at 72000 miles, under warranty.
Question: Does the remanufactured cvt suffer the same problems, or are they
better than the ones that caused problems?

I thought Subaru was only installing new CVT's. I do not know that anyone can successfully rebuild a CVT.

My invoice from Subaru dealer says the cvt they installed is remanufactured.
