Rear-end gear

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed out my 5speed transmission, ended up being 4spd, runs fine but
running about 3000rpms or better in 4th gear, what is my best solution to this.

Thanks , not sure which direction I'll go, but good to know I have more than one option.
