S10 blazer fuel problem

Alright, I have an 89 s10 blazer.  Have a new fuel
pump, fuel pump relay, and all fuses are good. But
fuel pump isnt kicking on? Thoughts?

The circuit needs a good ground also , see if it gets power when you hit the key you'll need a multi tester , if you're going to do your own work there are tools you will need

You should have taken off the ground when replacing the fuel pump. Loosen it up and polish up the surfaces to be certain the ground has good contact.
