Ticking sound

Turn my truck off and try to turn it back on
but hear a humming/ticking coming from
the dash area.. no lights or no power either

Look at this YouTube, my ignition switch works sometimes and sometimes not...,Always does with remote.....Mechanical and Electronic interface problems, I bet.... https://youtu.be/cewQT0Ko6X0

sounds like a dead battery and the sound is the started relay not having enough power to send to the starter to start the truck.
