Is there a way to add the value of remaining manufacturer's warranty to the
IMV? My car was purchased late in the model year and has low miles, so
much better than average warranty remaining.

I would think that the low miles would include that. Other low mile cars would also have remaining warranty coverage.
Low miles are only part of the determination for warranty. The other critical factor is the in-service date. Mine is quite a bit later than average, hence more warranty than average.
