2001 Ford Taurus Antifreeze Leak

I have an antifreeze leak. I tried investigating where
it is coming from and it seems it is coming from
the left side of my car. I have been filling it with
coolant, an entire bottle, every like 2-3 days
because the reservoir will be empty.
This happened about 2 months ago too and my
brother and I replaced the radiator, the thermostat
and a hose. It stopped the leak and everything was
working fine. But now it is leaking again and I am
not sure why.. What should I look into? Ive also
noticed a whining noise when I first start the car
now. Thanks for any help I would really appreciate
it. This is my only vehicle so I really need to figure
this out.

Find the leak and fix it. If it is leaking on the left side look there.

Well... that's the idea. I'm wondering if anyone has any suggestions on where the leak could be coming from? I can't tell where it's coming from. It's leaking underneath where the belt and alternator are but it can't be leaking from there, right? It has to be trailing... Any ideas? My other question is, how bad is this on a car? Like if I continue to make sure there is coolant in it and that it isn't overheating, will it be okay? Also I didn't add in my inital question; My car never seems to have ever overheated. The gauge reads normal.

Have someone take a look at it as it is impossible to find the leak over the internet. It could be a bad hose, water pump or something else.

Do you know if the water pump was starting to fail that my car would automatically overheat? It hasn't overheated at all. Well.. the temperature gauge reads normal. What are some signs that you have a bad water pump? Oh and I can't afford to see a mechanic and my mechanic is on deployment for the military right now.. so it's up to me and my brother to figure it out. That's why I am seeking any advice. Thanks.

A bad water pump may have a bad seal and not make any unusual noises.
