my rear lights and dash lights wont come on and everytime i put a fuze in they blow is there anyway to fix this without spending tons of money

check ground wires on rear lights,it could also be a bad key switch.

thank you i will check that and one question its ok if you dont know where is the key switch located in a 96 honda accord?

take the plastic cover out from around the stering wheel ass,3 bolts under bottom of cover,the switch is a black box with a plugin with several wires on it,shood be the only box inside.most are located under turn signal switch.hope this helps.
