Loud engine noise

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

There’s a loud noise coming from engine. I
can’t tell if it’s on either passenger or driver
side. Also makes noise when I accelerate.

If you can't locate the sounds I would not continue to drive it till you figure out what it is. The longer you drive it the more potential for damage or risk of being stranded.

Take it to a mechanic that can hear it. I am half deaf and a 1,000 miles away.
