could be as simple as the control rod for the mode actuator has come unclipped from the actuator itself. either that or a bad actuator not moving the actuator door when you change the settings. both the actuator and the rod that move it are on the drivers side of the center console under the dash.
the air flows ok cold and hot but only on the front vents no feet or defrost thanks
