I JUST WANT TO MAKE SURE THIS IS NOT TOO MANY MILES ON A JEEP
BEFORE PURCHASING OR FINANICING IT.

Obviously this vehicle has been very busy. I would urge you to consider a more reliable make. Jeep and Chrysler products are at the lower end of the spectrum when it comes to reliability.
Do some research on Jeeps reliability, even the newer ones are lacking reliability.
High mileage on a very recent model year car isn't necessarily a problem; it's preferable to an old low-mile car that has sat idle for great periods of time. In fact, it probably suggests a lot of highway usage. I wouldn't categorically reject a car based on such a usage pattern. That said, FCA quality control is very suspect, and that's what would give me pause on this Jeep.
