yes put a new one on

I put a new tank, fuel pump, fuel filter, and plugs, wires, cap & button its crazy

Check the fuel pressure. Not sure what your filter looks like but make sure the flow direction is correct.

the fuel filter looks just like an oil filter

If it cannot be reversed then no worries. If you remove it and turn on the key do you get gas? Trace it out until you find the problem.

If all else fails make sure the screen on the fuel pickup in the tank is not clogged.

I never thought about going to the fuel filter, maybe stopping at the filter some how. I will check tomorrow and let you know Thanks

If your car has two fuel pumps, check both.

theres a button in the trunk that needs to be reset. When you changed the fuel pump you released the pressure. upper left in the trunk.
