Evap p0446
P0446 New fuel pump, tank, filler
neck, vent line , charcoal canister,
vent and purge valve. Still getting
P0446 code. So much vacuum in
tank its crushing tank and cap is
hard to remove.

Sounds like you replaced all the hardware, but the problem may still be in the circuit itself, like the computer module or wire harness. Clearly it's not venting as it should. Get a wire diagram for the EVAP system for your truck and troubleshoot from there, and double check vent solenoid/valve is actually working.
