Asked by tonyawaldrop Dec 17, 2015 at 09:23 PM about the 1999 Ford Expedition 4 Dr Eddie Bauer 4WD SUV

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My expedition isn't getting fuel pressure.  We had
to change out the ignition,  fuel filter and fuel

You should also check the inertia fuel shutoff switch. It's contacts inside and at the connector, unplug it and plug it back in then smack it firmly with something like a small mallet to get the plunger to spring up then reset it by pushing the button back down.
