how to lubricate squecking back doors

Get a spray can of white lithium grease and spray the hinges. Also spray the spring holding the detent lever in place.

yes, and you can use WD40 however be careful as the WD40 will leave a trail as opposed to the lithium; I wipe up after as I dont like the look of the lithium when you open door
