2018 Ford F150 Blotch Removal in the Instrument Cluster

Is there a way to take off the piece of clear plexi-glass on the instrument cluster
to clean it off? OR is it a sealed unit?

If you are speaking about the face of the cluster, yes. But on all the models I have seen, the cluster must be removed from the dash.
