My top radiator hose tore and leaked everywhere,I patched
it but now engine squeals and shakes

It's probably still leaking coolant. The squealing is going to be from the serpentine belt being wet and slipping and the shaking is going to be the engine misfiring because the ignition system is also getting wet. The misfiring will ruin the catalytic converter rather quickly so you want to get this fixed right away. Catalytic converters aren't cheap! Hope that helps! Jim
