Will 2" kayak trailer hitch work with Subaru Forester 2018 OEM 1 1/4" hitch?

We are thinking of purchasing a 2018 Subaru Forester and having an OEM
trailer hitch installed at time of purchase. I've read that the OEM is a 1 1/4"
receiver hitch. We want to tow a Malone Auto Racks MicroSport Trailer
Kayak Transport Package with 4 Malone J-Pro2 Kayak Carriers which has a
2" hitch. Is this possible?
