Water leaking

I have a 1998 Ford Mustang 3.8 and water is
leaking from front injector driver side and I don't
know why can someone help me solve this
problem? Thank you so much if you can!!

Then it sounds like the intake,have it pressure tested to find were the leak is coming from.

I don't think you can do that because water just flows through it, but you are probably correct on that there is no water getting in the intake! Thanks for your help!!!

Water is flowing out from underneath the fuel rail on driver side as fast as you can put it in. So there's no pressure to be able to check it.

If it's leaking that bad why can't you find were it's coming from? Not trying to be be a smart ass but doesn't make sense.
