Possibly dirty/faulty idle air control valve or dirty throttle plate. Might also be egr valve sticking open.

Hy Mike I test the tps it showed that it was good and I clean the throttle plate but is there a way to check the Idle air calve or egr valve i believe you could do the egr with a vacuum pump rite
