Air Filter

Asked by nohats1 Nov 30, 2009 at 08:10 AM about the 2002 Mitsubishi Galant LS

Question type: Car Customization

Can anyone help me please. I have a 2002 Galant Classic. Momo steering wheel etc.
I am looking to change the air filter to a K&N.
The filter in a t the moment is a Mann C25128.
I have cross referenced this to K&N website and get part no. 33-2167
Looking at the spec the height is the wrong dimension. The filter itself
is 50mm but K&N say on their website it is 21mm. Phoned them up but they
don't seem to know. Any ideas?

Stop at your local parts store, pull the filter out and bring it in, then you know you've got the right one. If not at least you could find your filter from different manufacturers and cross reference those numbers instead of the one you have now.
