Error message: "To vehicle start turn off battery saver mode".

When trying to start my vehicle I get a message that says "To start turn off
battery saver mode". The vehicle will eventually start after two or three
attempts. I have not been able to figure out what this message relates to from
the owner's manual or any of the settings in the car.

Take it back to the dealer. It sounds like the battery is weak which activates the battery saver.
