I have a 96 Ford Thunderbird V8 That I had to replace the
IARC Sensor, throttle control sensor and throttle body
replaced because it had an bad idle and would stall out
when driving now I can get it running via jumpstart and
once I put the hood down it stalls again and won't crank
now I'm stuck do I replace the fuel filter, or battery
because I still here the click when turn the key just won't
crank back or is it the mass Air flow sensor?

If it happens when you shut the hood, I would say it's battery related. Check the battery and the battery terminals. You should have 12.4 V. The battery sounds weak to me and maybe a loose connection and corrosion.
Also be sure the battery cables aren't worn and creating a short by contacting the underside of the hood when you close the hood. Same deal with the battery posts. Look for black arc marks on the underside of the hood in the area of the battery and cables. Hope that helps! Jim

Thanks checked the battery and it does have a low charge on it, I am charging it now to see and I've cleaned the battery post and connectors also thanks again
You're welcome. Glad to help! Put Vaseline on the battery posts to prevent corrosion in the future. Jim
